How do I return an item?
You are welcome to send an item back for a return. Please follow the link to our returns forms here: Returns and Warranty
Please print the return form and send it back with the item. For the return to be processed please ensure the item is returned in new condition with all packaging and tags attached. Pushys does not offer exchanges, if you would like to swap an item, please place a new order and send the original product back with the return form for a refund.
Clearance Items - Please choose carefully as refunds or exchanges are not allowed on items for change of mind where the product is not faulty.
Can you change my order before shipping?
The Pushys warehouse works as efficiently as possible. As soon as your order is placed it is sent to be picked and shipped. Unfortunately, this means we are unable to make any changes. Sorry for any inconvenience. If you would like to send any items back for return, please follow the instructions in the link below.
Returns and Warranty
Has my order been shipped?
Pushys strives to ship all orders within 24 hours (business days). You will receive an email with the tracking number once this occurs. Please check your spam/junk folders. During sale periods there can sometimes be shipping delays up to 24 hours, we are working to ship your order as soon as possible at this time. Some oversized items such as complete bicycles and bike racks may take 1-2 days to ship.
There is an item missing from my order, can you let me know where it is?
Pushys strives to ship orders as soon as possible. Sometimes, on larger orders, items can be split up and shipped separately. You will receive two tracking numbers to your email address in this instance and will be able to track each package separately. Please check your spam/junk folders. If you have any questions please email your order number to customer.service@pushys.com.au.
Do you price match?
Pushys endeavour to offer a wide range of products at competitive prices while providing a full Australian warranty.

Is this item in stock?
The simple answer to this question is YES! All items that can be added to your shopping cart (when the "add to cart button" is displayed) we currently have in stock. Pushys Bike Gear only sells items that are In Stock and does not do drop shipping, which means what you order will be shipped to you quickly. If you do find an item that is out of stock that you are interested in, please click on the 'Notify Me when back in stock' button and we will email you once it comes back in. If you cannot find an item on the website please don't hesitate to contact us and ask if we can order it for you.
How can I contact you?
The Quickest and easiest way to contact us is via email on customer.service@pushys.com.au 24 hours a day. We will always endeavour to reply as soon as possible, however, our office hours are between 9am - 3pm week days AEST. You can alternately use the contact form on the bottom of this page as well.
How much do you charge for shipping?

Orders over $99 within Australia get FREE Standard Shipping (Please Note: Some large bulky Items are excluded)
Do you sell online only?
We are both an online and physical retail store. Please CLICK HERE for our physical store location and contact details.
Are my order details secure?
Yes, your personal and order information is secure when ordering with Pushys Online. Pushys.com.au uses a secure, encrypted shopping cart to ensure all your personal and banking details are kept safe. Our systems don't store your full banking information. We use a Secure Online Payment Gateway for all our online transactions, which means that we employ the highest possible security to protect your banking and your order information. What if the items I order don't fit?
If any of the products don't fit please go to the refunds and warranties tab in the footer to return your items for a refund. (remember to quote your order number when doing so).
Can I go and pick up, or buy these items from the retail stores?
The simple answer to this question is no. Our retail stores and online website all carry different stock ranges, availability and pricing. As such, we cannot offer the same price on the website as the stores. If you have any further questions about this, please don't hesitate to use the contact form below to ask your question.
Can I pick up from your online warehouse?
Yes, you can select Pickup at the shipping section of checkout to arrange collection from our online warehouse. Our Darra Showroom is open for order collections between 7:30am - 5pm Monday to Friday. You can read more about this at the link below.
